Stebbins students revamp playground with grant funds
RIVERSIDE — Until recently, children who live in the Overlook Mutual Homes development had to use their imagination when at the playground on Vandergrift Drive .There was only one metal slide at the park, and it was worn down and old. One of the rims on the basketball backboards was missing, and the court’s floor was uneven and cracking.
